These two great localities of the Val Seriana; Monte Pora and Presolana in there entirety form a great partnership of adjoining ski regions.  The Presolana mountains are less technical, dedicated to those who wake from little time or who enjoy the less riskier ski, whilst the Monte Pora region will prove to be more suited for the demanding of skiers.  These two resorts close to the cities of Bergamo, only 45 kms and Milan, only 90 kms. This will allow you to take a day out of the resort and opt for a different genre of relaxation - shopping!

Individual private ski and snowboard lessons for 1 hour cost 25 euro per person during low season time from Monday to Friday; 30 euro per person per hour during weekends during low season and from 17th-25th February; the rate raises to 35 euro per person per hour during high season time (Christmas Time, New Years Eve from 28th December 2006 to 7th January 2007).  For smaller groups up to 4 people, you will be required to add 5 euro per hour per person.
